Nick is renowned for delivering results and senior programme direction as well as strategic thinking and the development of customer proposition. He has led a series of ground breaking marketing initiatives during his career. He specialises in the strategic planning and marketing of retail and financial services, customer insight, CRM and loyalty/reward programmes. Nick is also an experienced and highly effective leader of diverse teams who thrives on the challenges of change, business transformation and improving efficiency. He has enjoyed regular Board level exposure and interaction and is able to work at all levels of an organisation. Nick has International experience.
